Membership

  • User will need to register as a member for free via Marrybrown app.
  • User is required to provide an active phone number that is valid in Malaysia. Email address and other information may be required by Marrybrown.
  • Only one (1) membership can be registered using the same phone number
  • To activate membership account, a 6-digit verification code will be sent via SMS upon entering your active mobile number.
  • User must be aged between 18 years and above to register as a member.
  • The membership account is not transferable to another user.
  • Members may need to update their personal information under “Edit Profile” from time to time.
  • Earn 1 MB Point for every RM 1 spent.
  • Please present your membership QR code from the MB App to be scanned by the cashier OR at the Self Ordering Kiosk to collect MB Points, before payment is made.
  • The validity period of these points is 1 year (calculate from the last purchase date).
  • Points earned cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • 1 purchase = 1 stamp (min. RM20 & above).
  • Rewards received will need to be used within 7 days of redemption.
  • Member must present their membership and reward voucher at the counter for staff to scan before purchase.

  • Rewards redemption must be from the same membership account and is not transferable.
