  • What evidence or documents do I need to show?

    – Quantity:

  • Can I request for a refund?

    Refund can only be issued under the following criteria:
    – Duplicate order
    – Product ordered is out of stock

    Refund will only begin processing once the request is approved. Once approved, The equivalent amount will be credited to initial payment method. Please note that refund usually takes 14 business days to appear on your statement, this may vary.

  • Can I return my order for a refund?

    Due to food safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns once the package has left the Marrybrown restaurant.
    If you are unhappy with your order, please contact our MB care support team within 7 days from the date of purchase along with order number and reason.
    Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

  • Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

    Our prices change in response to market trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

  • Can I get a refund if I place wrong order or wrong location?

    We are unable to proceed with a refund if the customer placed an order wrongly or choose a wrong location.
